Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.echoone.my website operated by Echo One Global Trading.

 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

 

Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.

 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Descriptions of products or product photo are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Certain products or services may have limited quantities, therefore  customer is requested to contact us by WhatsApp or  email to confirm the availability of stock of require item before order. We will check the availability and reply to customer within 24 hours.

 

 

Spare parts Order Procedure 

 

If you are looking for any spare parts or engines which are not listed in our product list, please kindly make your inquiry to us by providing the details for us to check the availability and quote you.

 

Details require for the order of half cuts and any spare parts:

1. Mention the Car Model , Chassis Model and Year

(Example: Toyota Corolla AE100 yr 1993)

2. Mention what parts do you need (Example: Door, front bumper, trunk, half cut, etc)

Details require for the order of used engines:

1. Mention the Engine model/ Engine Code, type of fuel use (Carburator, LPG, EFI or Mechanical)

2. Drive train (Front Wheel Drive-FF or Rear Wheel Drive-FR)

3. Mention the transmission type if you need the transmission (Auto, Manual, 2WD/4WD) or without transmission

 

Base on above information, we will check the availability and send quotation to the customers. 

 

 

Changes

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical error, or inaccuracies that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

 

Return And Refund Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to refund or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery provided that it is still unused. 

 

Items can be returned/exchanged only if found defective or wrong product shipped. All presumed defective of wrong items must obtain authorization before returning. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use.

Return shipping fees will be borne by Purchaser.

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
